Understanding that every patient is unique, she personalizes treatment plans—from consultation to surgery to follow-up care—based on each patient’s individual health needs, de-escalating care wherever possible. Dr. Deitch has played a fundamental role in the breast cancer journeys of women across Long Island.

Dr. Jennifer McEachron is the System Chief of Gynecologic Oncology at Catholic Health. On this episode of "On-Call," she shares how playing soccer in college led to her career in medicine, as well as why she's so passionate about women's health and the new treatments available at Catholic Health
